WordPress.com support?

There’s a link in the Dashboard called ‘Feedback’ – that’s where all support, bugs, comments, whatevers should go.

Ah. Well, I can’t log in so I can’t get to the dashboard. I can get the application to send me a new password and everything, but when I use my new password I get an “Error: Wrong username” message.

…never mind, I’m back in as of just now ??

I think you have to be careful when trying to login to your page. Be sure to use https://username.wordpress.com/wp-login.php rather than /wp-admin

Okay, so I did a password reset and now I get the emails saying the following:

Password Lost and Changed for user: creatorsdream

That’s It! No new password! How the heck am I going to login again if I have no password?

Someone needs to fix the interface for reseting the password so that it is sent to the user. Please let me know when the admins have fixed this bug.

BTW, I AM talking about wordpress.com and not the standalone version…
