WordPress.com Stats Plugin not working with WP MU 2.7

  • I just installed WordPress MU 2.7 and it seems that WordPress.com Stats Plugin (v1.3.6) is no longer working with MU.

    There’s a following comment line inside stats.php:
    Requires WordPress 2.1 or later. Not for use with WPMU.

    Is there any worthy alternative for MU while Stats will be updating?
