WordPress.com stats completely wrong

I am using WordPress.com stats on two of my blogs.

On one of them it always reports that only one of my posts is being viewed. But when I look on Google analytics it reports that many of my posts are being viewed and that the post WordPress.com reports as being most popular is barely viewed at all.

What is going on and how do I fix this?
