Yes, that’s permissions. Typically, ensuring that wp-content/uploads is writable (755 or *shudder* 777) will fix that.

However, I dimmly recall there being a host configuration that might cause the same issue. Might try searching here on the phrase “The uploaded file could not be moved to” and see what you find (we have search boxes all over the place).

I fix the permition at wp-content/uploads. I had to create this directory because it′s not default, right?
But I still receiving that message.

I alredy set the main directory to 777, the blog directorym the content directory and the uploads directory.

What you mean about it?
