WordPress XLS/PDF

Does anyknow know how or if there is a plugin which allows you to have a page linked to a pdf or xls spreadsheet and if the spreadsheet gets updated the page on WordPress will update automatically?

Like a wordpress page is linked to a document in a folder somewhere which updates automatically if it is changed?
