    Hi guys,

First of all, would like to thank you for your hard work regarding this plugin.

I would like a bit of help with exporting a product feed to the facebook Dynamic Ads Feed.

We have a website with 2 languages: English and Romanian. And also 3 currencies : EUR, USD and RON.

When we create the feed, we have the option of Romanian WPML language, so this is ok.

But when we set the attribute mapping, the ones for price and special price , we can’t find a value that will sent the correct prices to the final feed. Example:

If, for the value we select :

    A. Price – we get the value in EUR (that is the base currency in our shop) , and that will make the feed in EUR, not RON
    B. Regular price RON (custom attribute) , the feed will not have the price attribute at all, will not be present at all.

What do we need to choose in order to have it choose the right value (RON value) ?

Thank you very much and hope you are enjoying the holidays

Guys, no answer on this issue? I think it will help several people.

    Hi Slider521,

If I understand correct you have two different price fields? One you fill for EUR currency and one for the Romanian RON currency? When you created the attribute mapping you needed to map Google’s g:price to one of your attributes, most likely your price attribute. The plugin cannot just switch the mapping to another field when you change language.

Why not create two separate feeds and create separate price field mappings?

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hello EVA,

The Regular Price and Sale Price have values in EUR (that is our main currency). But we also have 2 other currencies, USD and RON.

We found in the attributes list the following:
    regular price RON (custom attribute)
    regular price USD (custom attribute)
    sale price RON (custom attribute)
    sale price USD (custom attribute)

However, when we select for the g:price the regular price RON (custom attribute), the product feed does not list anything regarding price, not even 0.

We don’t want to have one only product feed. We managed to have only the one with EUR complete. The ones for RON and USD are missing the price, whatever we select from the custom attribute list, and the standard price/sale price/regular price is only in EUR.

Can you tell me where should we look?

    Hi Eva,

I would really need a feedback on this issue as in the present moment having a product feed with RON or USD is impossible. Only EUR. Please advise me on how can i fix this.

    Thank you
