WordPress Woocommerce Shipping Calculation

Hi,

I am dealing with the wordpress woocommerce and i am not able to solve the issue regarding shipping totals. i want to calculate the shipping according to the cbd & non cbd zipcodes/weight/delivery time. For ex:
1.The product weight is 10kg, the cbd zipcode is 012345 and the delivery time is with in 3 hours, then product cost must be $12.
2.The product weight is 10kg, the cbd zipcode is 012345 and the delivery time is with in 5 hours, then product cost must be $14.
In this way i need calculation, Would you help me in solving this issue
