WordPress / Woocommerce / Dokan hack

  • Hi,

    I have 2 question regarding how to extends and customize my settings.

    I’m working on a e-commerce website who will be using Woocommerce. And has Dokan to handle multi vendors.

    I was wondering, if anyone knows how i could need to setup so that i can have another user.
    I need to have franchises, they will be assigned some vendors(that are situated in different regions).

    I want as well to setup user’s role in WordPress so I can let the franchises edit and remove users from his list of vendor. I don’t want them to see all users on the website.

    Anyone knows how I could do those 2 things (set franchises(over the seller) and set the franchises roles so he can manage only his sellers?

    Since Dokan is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know how it operates. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
