wordpress won’t e-mail password reset

    I put in the correct e-mail address to request a lost password. I got this:
    Check your e-mail for the confirmation link.

    But nothing came in my e-mail box. How do I fix this problem?

    The rather complicated WordPress function wp_mail() which sends those emails uses PHP’s mail() function to do it. This doesn’t work with all server configuration. I’d look here and here, then ask your host if this service is available. You may need to use a plugin like WP-Mail-SMTP to get around the limitation.
