WordPress won't display errors at all

I will give someone $15 if they tell me how to fix this issue. I am so over it >.>

Have you checked in access log file, may be there is a hint about error.

Hey Deepak, Thanks for the reply however I have already looked at both those links and neither helped me in finding a solution. I have also looked at the access.log file and all it shows is that I have requested the link, no hint as to what is causing the error.
