WordPress w/o the blogs…

Hi.

I want to use a (any) wordpress theme but need the theme/site to be home to about 15 different products with a paypal shopping cart. I want basic information about us and the products and then want a shopping cart with paypal only… I do NOT want this “blog” stuff. What’s the best way to go about this?? 100% new to WordPress, looking for a sexy and elegant theme with these options without having to create what I want from scratch.
