WordPress with more languages

  • How can I install wordpress which support more languages in same time?

    For example: I want to have blog on 3 languages. There will be same posts but on 3 languages. The language will change if visitor change it. If he click on “english”, posts on another 2 languages do not show.

    How can I do this?
