WordPress White Screen Need Expert

    I use Siteground as my host and they have a service called “Staging.” The main site got deleted by accident and now all I have are the Staging files and database. I have uploaded the files into the main site as well as imported the database but I am getting a white screen.

    I have tried renaming the plugins folder to disable all plugins.
    I have tried renaming the themes folder to disable themes.
    Debug is enabled, but the screen is blank, no errors.
    Siteground tech support told me to find a freelancer developer to help me.

    I have no experience in coding but if given directions I can get all the information you need. Can someone please help? Thanks!
