InternetTop40.com WordPress website with Google Translate Button

Using sub domains for different languages which are all Cname pages on cloudflare that probably arent even being used or accessed at this time. In other words the pages are virtual through DNS only. My question is do I have to create an actual page if the page is a translated version of the main/home page or more exactly a page with any content because I want it to be a copy of or translated version of my website? Will this plugin work like that or do I need some other coding? InternetTop40.com is a responsive wordpress website, with various music and photography categories as well as Language used or spoken categories.
