    I just noticed the following warning on my WordPress website. Has anyone else seen it and how do you resolve it?

    Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing

    Hi @cbj1964

    If you haven’t yet, can you please follow the extra instructions from the admin notification about enabling the “Support” checkbox in the Support tab from our Settings page? This will reveal an extra “Debugging” section where we store potential logs from errors like this. We would want to see the logs from the large textarea, to see what got reported.
