• Hello,

We have built a simple landing page on WordPress for a client on which they are running Google Ads to generate leads.

Ads were running correctly and all of a sudden it was rejected saying the website is not accessible.

Here is the screenshot of the email from the Google Ads Team: https://prnt.sc/RNBjKiSYGGI3

We checked with the Hosting team, They said there are no such issues from the hosting end and they also shared with us the DNS Propagation link (https://dnschecker.org/#A/rsdreams.com) which clearly states that the DNS is properly propagated in all places of the world.

We also had repeated conversations with them, All they say is this link will not work. They said the page is not verbally accessible, it could be because of coding or hosting. Anything could be the reason.

Also, they suggested a tool https://www.uptrends.com/ to get an idea as it is not accessible in New Delhi also. This tool is not used by them as they are using their in-house tool, but they suggested this for helping us.

If coding is concerned, There are no hardcoded activities done here, It’s a simple single-page website built using Elementor Page builder.

We are totally lost and unable to pinpoint what is causing this issue!

Has anyone here faced similar issues? Or if someone knows how to tackle this it would be really helpful
