    Hi everyone,

    I’m facing an issue with my WordPress website, and I’m hoping someone in the community can help me out. Specifically, I’m having trouble with the Analytics -> Revenue and Analytics -> Refund sections not showing the correct values.

    Here’s some more information about my setup:

    • I’m using WooCommerce as my eCommerce platform on my WordPress website
    • I’m using Analytics to track my revenue and refunds

    The problem I’m experiencing is that the values in these sections are much lower than I expect them to be. In fact, they seem to be missing completely of my actual revenue and refunds.

    For example I found old report where refund is showing €2,500. Today I printed report for the same period and is showing €4.05

    I’ve tried a few things to troubleshoot the issue, such as importing historical data. However, I’m still not able to get the correct values to show up in my analytics.

    If anyone in the community has experienced a similar issue or has any suggestions on how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate your help. Any advice on what else I can check or test would be incredibly helpful.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that certain data provided under?Analytics is incorrect, yes?

    I see that you have already tried importing historical data, however can you please do the following, in this exact order, and see if this resolves the issue:

    • Navigate to?Analytics?→?Settings, scroll down to?Date type?, and select?Date Created?on the dropdown:
    • Navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and click on Clear Analytics Cache
    • Import Historical Data
