    Hey there,
I run wescalestartups.com and have recently transferred the domain to Siteground from Justhost. Having installed the SG Optimizer plugin, I have found significant speed improvements which is great! However, some images don’t seem to be loading on mobile which is frustrating.

I understand the recommendation is to disable CloudFlare but I am finding it highly effective in reducing load time so was hoping there was a recommendation on how I could configure them to both work at the same time.

    Thanks
    Daniel

    Hey @bravo2red

I guess you have WebP Optimization enabled, right?

The issue is that Cloudflare caches your request, let say from a user who visited your site using chrome and then serves the same request for all other visitors.

The problem is that webp is not supported by Safari and the visitors using safari receive the cached version of the user who has visited your site using chrome.

If you are on a premium Cloudflare plan, please enable the webp conversion in their settings panel or disable the plugin webr conversion.

    Regards,
    Stanimir
