    hey.,
    some one plz help me.my wordpress site https://tecktipzandtrickz.com crashed suddenly ,ot was running fine .the site showed a blank screen and from forums i added “wp debug” now it displays a error “deprecated” as u can se on my site.plz help me to restire ….

    Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    thanx for ur reply……….i cant access sub folders ,cant access dashboard,nd the themes directory has just some empty text files….and i cant upload themestooo please help me

    If you cannot access your site by FTP, you need to speak to your hosts.

    No – they are wrong. WordPress cannot affect your FTP. Without that access, you cannot fix your site.

    now i accessed ftp but cant change ,remove or rename folders

    It’s a server issue – not a WordPress one. You need to speak to your hosts. You are paying them for this kind of support.
