That error message tells you exactly what’s wrong.

Look at the file /wp-content/plugins/wp-mailinglist/wp-mailinglist.php by getting it using FTP. On line 395 you will find a < chracter somewhere where it shouldn’t be. Remove that character and whatever else shouldn’t be there and you will be fine.

I’d suggest temporarily resetting your plugins folder so you can login and deactivate problem plugins. You can find directions for doing this in this Codex article.
