WordPress website (and so is mine) keeps going down

What is the error message?

There’s no error message – my website is down (www.supermassstudio.com). The wordpress website (supermassstudio.-com/-wp--login.-php) is also down. This has been a relatively frequent issue during the last couple of weeks.
