wordpress website/account disappeared

  • I am not able to login to my wordpress account as it says it cannot recognize this user name as well as email. And when I went to my site it’s showing error page below:

    jessiel.sgedu.site’s server IP address could not be found.
    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

    All my web content remains on my Siteground server. Does anyone know what went wrong and how to fix it?

    DNS server for your domain failed to answer.
    DNS servers for your domain are set as

    Name Server: NS1.CLEV1.NET
Name Server: NS2.CLEV1.NET

    you have to contact them with any DNS related questions

    PS: since CLEV1 redirects to SiteGround, you have to contact SiteGround support.
