wordpress vs. serendipity?

  • i did a search for this, but the results are quite old.
    is anyone here familiar with serendipity, and/or how it compares with wordpress?
    i really like wordpress, but there are also a couple things about serendipity (and perhaps pLog) that are keeping me from committing to it.

    i am new to this, and i’m really unsure what to do here.

    If you say what the features are that would make you want to use the others instead of WP maybe we could help you out. All answers will probably be biased because, well, this is a WordPress support forum.
