WordPress visual editor buttons not working

    Hi
    Since yesterday morning my visual editor is not working I am only able to type But cannot add media. I have tried clearing my browser cache but it did not help. I am currently unable to access the root folder in my cpanel the buttons there are not working as well. I contacted my host and they said they fixed it but nothing has changed. I have tried everything but its not working. please help

  • What is preventing you from accessing your root folder in cpanel? Are you using the file manager in the hosting account? This is sounds like a hosting issue.

    Disable all the plugins in your WordPress Dashboard. If your editor begins working, turn on the plugins one at a time until you find the conflict.

    Thank you Wslade the issue is resolved after adding this line of code define( ‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false );
    everything went back to normal. Thank you all the same
