WordPress Very slow when logged in

Hello,

Lately i run into a problem, I have a wordpress on local network, it was working good lately, and then it went extremely slow.

i noticed that it’s only slow when i’m logged in and precisely 10.37 second until server sends the first reply and always the same time (10.37 S), and not even the admin panel but the whole frontend and pages,

i took a look at all logs from the web server from mysql and all seems good, i don’t think it’s a plugin problem because all working good if i’m logged out.

anyone please has any idea, i tried nearly everything.
