    ok,

I’ve investigated some time and found out, that the “coefficient” is empty (“”). So there are no visits counted. Why this option is emnpty after the update I do not know.

Just set in settings the “coefficient” to 1 and save. Then it works.

Thanks, that is weird, I updated serveral sites and didn’t have an issue but we’ll keep an eye out for any more instances of it.

    Thanks for the tip a123440.

I have the same problem and i hope it help me to solve it.

Same issue here. Funny to see my stats say 800 visitors and 0 visits. Coefficient was also blank, but setting it to 1 immediately worked for the incoming traffic… but are yesterday’s visits lost?

Yes , yesterdays visits are lost, but you could calculate an avarage between the day before and today, and set it into the database table row (field). Just to let the curve look normal.

In my case I’ve found out ain the morning and on lunchtime I’ve solved it. Then set the number (visits) to lower than half of the average of the last 2 days before.
