WordPress users do not stay logged in (using Restrict Content Pro)

I have a website that has content that is protected by a plug-in called Restrict Content Pro. We charge users a subscription for them to access our content.

I’ve noticed that when users log in, and then close the window, they are automatically logged out, even if they click the “Remember Me” option when they log in.

I was wondering how we could make it so that they stay logged in if they have that checked off.

In addition to “Restrict Content Pro”, we are using the caching plugin “W3 Cache” in order to speed up our website browsing experience. Thank you.
