    Regarding “WordPress Users”,

I have double checked this and I can see the plugin automatically import all the existing users of my website to the “WordPress Users” group and also adds all the new registered users to this group. Kindly email us your site access details to [email protected]. So, we can check what is going wrong.

    Regarding “Subscriber Profile”,

You must be clicking the “Subscriber Profile” menu in your website directly and looking to edit the profile. A subscriber will get permission to edit their profile in front-end only when they are logged in to your website or when they click the “Subscriber Profile” link(token attached) from the newsletter emails.

If you believe this can be still improved, kindly share your ideas and we are happy to listen to your suggestions.
