WordPress User Role

I have a Woocommerce Membership, if they sign up they are automatically signed to Subscriber, but now here at Upstream it only accept user if they are created asign different user name and password from WordPress rather than use existing. But the existing only accept if it’s Upstream User and not WordPress User.

How can I accept all types of user should exist or at least the ones I like to choose specifically?
