    Found a couple of issues when creating a form that enables WordPress user registration.

    1. When double opt-in email conformation is enabled the user will not be created in the WordPress back-end. When I deactivate double opt-in, the user profile is working correctly.
    2. Unable to map username (nick name). I tried 2 different field type (names and simple text). Tried to map the user name from the FluentForm field to the WordPress username, but when I check WordPress user details, the nickname defaults to firstname_lastname.
