Note: we have not updated the plugin to the latest version. We are using 1.3.3

Why isn’t the user count in Mailchimp matched with the count in WordPress? And how often does the synch run? We are using a plugin called LearnDash which works off of user roles. For example, we have roles separate by Instructor and Student. In Mailchimp we have those two roles split into list segments. But the subscriber number of each role does not match the count in WordPress. We also tried to run the “force synchronization” (with 44k subscriber db) but got stuck within just a few minutes. Please help!

    Hi jscott87,

Sorry for the late reply, but can you please give the latest version of the plugin? We fixed a few minor bugs which should make the plugin a lot more stable when running it on large databases such as yours.

If anything, it should give us an error to work with. ??

    Let me know please!

PS. The auto-sync process runs a maximum of 1 hour after a change is made.
