• I took over a website and am now having an issue with the permalinks. Initlally they were set to a Custom Structure to include /index.php/ then the name of the page or post.

I removed that and opted for the Post Name option.

All URLs on the site now have “?customize_changeset_uuid” and some crazy alphanumeric extension. There were security and firewall plgins that I have disabled and even deleted to try and find the source of the isse but no luck.

Anyone else have an issue and a possible solution like this?

  • I figured out it was only loading ?customize_changeset_uuid urls when I was logged in by checking the site in incognito. FWIW, at least you know visitors aren’t having the same issue. Please keep me posted if you find a fix.
