WordPress update emails!

  • Hi. I’m wondering if someone can help me.

    For some reason WordPress has automatically installed version 4.0, and ever since I’ve been receiving at least 2 emails a day saying my site has successfully updated to Version 4.0 alpha – 2014051…

    Any idea how to stop WordPress automatically updating my site? Or if not, how to stop receiving these emails??
