WordPress update button missing

On this website https://patricktreardon.com with the move of wordpress core files and theme and plug in to new business hosting at godaddy the update wordpress core files button is missing. After reading some previous posts on this, it was recommended to try and turn off all plug ins which was done and turn off the theme which was done to see if that made it appear. It did not. Than it was suggested we re install wordpress core files. It was done and nothing changed. I am at a lose for what to do. Can anyone help.
