WordPress universal time problem

i am using a plugin. I can add content to wordpress with that plugin.

I made two videos. one in the old version. one in the new version. there is something wordpress has changed in this interval. I’m not sure what happened. codes are correct. need to add hours. but adds shipments by universal time. I live at gmt +3. but gmt 0 is also sharing.

so 3 hours before the current time.
