WordPress typography plugins

Hi all WordPress users,
I have recently migrated my Joomla site to WordPress. In the previous CMS, I used quite a lot of a typography plugin for example to highlight a tip / warning in an article. I see there are quite a lot of plugins to hook fonts/css but I cannot find a simple one just to add a tooltip box.
Any help?
