WordPress Tweaks

  • I just wish to bring under your attention that WordPress Tweaks has a conflict with Gutenberg. When enabled it removes Categories and Tags from the editor.

  • Were you able to identify which setting within the WordPress Tweaks module is conflicting with Gutenberg ?

    According to the iThemes Security (Pro) plugin 7.1.0 (5.4.8) ChangeLog:

    Bug Fix: REST API Protection blocked the Taxonomies route for all users.

    So updating the iThemes Security (Pro) plugin to the latest available release fixes the Gutenberg conflict as reported in this topic.
