WordPress Training

Dear, WordPress community,
I want to be a freelance WordPress tutor, which I will execute with the help of a website.Training will be in offline mode. So that people can know about WordPress and learn the advantages of WordPress. For that I’ll charge a one time fee as a tutor. My questions are :

1. Do I need written permission from www.remarpro.com To Do This WordPress Training Business? If yes, how do i do that?
2. Can I charge a fee for WordPress training purpose?
3. Can I use name of training like “WP Training” or any similar to that?
4. Can I use WordPress Logo on my Site? Do I need permission for that?
