WordPress Toolbar DIFFERENT for www.remarpro.com to WordPress.com Dashboards?

Now that my site is self-hosted the WordPress backend does not give me the easy access to Notifications via pulldown option on the top line WordPress Toolbar, as it did before.

When my blog was hosted at WordPress.com the WordPress Toolbar on the Dashboard (when hovering over the “W” logo at the top left of of the Dashboard) gave me pulldown options such as “New Post”, “Reader”, “Notifications”, ” Stats” etc….

Now that my blog is self-hosted the pull down options available on the same Toolbar give me different pulldown options: “www.remarpro.com”, “Documentation”, Support Forums” etc.

I really miss the “Notifications” option from this Toolbar. Can I get it back? How?
