WordPress Too Slow. 404 Errors

    Hi Guys,

    Im getting alot of 404 errors and after having a few people test the site they are confirming the slow load and 404 errors due to timeout.
    The site is using cloudflare so it should be twice as quick. Is there any plugins/hacks you can recommend to get this site moving.?

    Or some way to test why its so slow?
