    I have the same problem.
    You have to signin in wishpond account (www.wishpond.com) and click on your name and on “wordpress token”. Click refresh and copy and past in your wp site.

    You have to re-publish alla campaign bacause the shortcode is different

    I hope resolve your problem. Sorry for my bad english
