    Hi,

I have a WordPress blog and have linked it to a Tumblr account.
I was having trouble getting images, as opposed to a link to post directly onto Tumblr when i created a post in WordPress.
I have worked out that I need to change the format of the post the Photo.
However, when I do this, the Title of my blog post appears after the image in WordPress.
Is there and easy way to get the title back to the top of the post, as if the format was standard or to get a post that is standard format to post images onto Tumblr and not just the eternal link.
Also, is there any way to get more than one photo from a WordPress post to appear on Tumblr?

    Thanks in advance.
    Christopher

How have you connected it to Tumblr? Was it through the Publicize feature of the Jetpack plugin, or something else?

Yes, I connected through Publicise and can get individual images to post on Tumblr, but have to use the “image” format on the wordpress post, which puts the title of the post at the bottom, so I’d prefer to use the standard format. When I do this, it creates a post on Tumblr but just has a box with the words external image.
If there are multiple images in my wordpress post and I use the “image” format, then the corresponding Tumblr post is again just multiple boxes with the words external image.

Ok, I recommend contacting the Jetpack folks about this: https://jetpack.me/contact-support/
