WordPress Title becomes weired

  • I am using Expound theme but I think this is not about the theme because whatever theme I used it has same problem.

    The problem was the post title is showing like this

    “Hello world! | Hello world! -> Welcome to WordPress. This is your first post. Edi”

    It seemed like it puts | and re-writing the post title adding the few words of the content of the post.

    I notice that some of my previous wp installation has this problem too which is not appeared when I install the blog few days/weeks ago now it seemed like a virus? I’m not sure.

    also, I think the page is broken ?? the sidebar is not properly in place. I’m using wp 3.8.1 I also found this in my previous installation in version 3.8
