• I had WordPress installed and working fine on domain name of y.x.tld and I had installed loads of plugins and themes and wrote some content but then I moved it into z.tld instead and now it says that php mail() is disabled by host if I try to recover a password for example.

I suspect the problem would be WP Super Cache plugin but is there anyway of fixing this without having to reinstall whole wordpress and everything all over again?
Installing a fresh copy of WordPress and attempting to recover password works just fine and PHP mail() is enabled on the server, which also is the same server where it used to be located at on y.x.tld before it became z.tld under new cPanel account.

And if I do have to reinstall the complete WordPress install to fix this what database tables or content can I just copy over to the new installion without breaking it again?
Can I just copy over all plugins except for WP Super Cache to the new install?
Where are style changes saved on WordPress? I use Divi style.
What else can I just copy and paste over to make it faster?

Did you ask your host if they disabled php_mail()?

It is enabled and it works if I install fresh copy of WordPress to z.tld/new for example.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
