WordPress theme problem – please help

I am doing a custom wp theme and now i have found that i have one problem, when i am not logged in admin panel of wordpress then the theme on website url displays nothing except logo and menu pages.. when i am logged in admin panel of wordpress then the theme shows all normally in url of my website. what could be the problem ?
