WordPress theme looks different in customize and live modes

Hello,

PLEASE HELP! I have asked about this same issue many times in this forum… NOBODY seems to be able to help. I have been told to contact host company and/or the theme author… and that has not lead me anywhere. Hostgator and my theme author had no answers for me. There fore, does anybody know why my wordpress theme looks different in customize and live modes?
