I have just had a crash trying a Theme that was downloaded from WordPress.
It was the Arras Theme I think but the site now does not show and I am unable to log in to the dashboard to rectify this.

My hosting company have given me the following info. Can anyone suggest a solution other than uploading a backup which today I have a problem with as my time capsule died today.
The site isn’t loading because of this error message:

[Thu Jul 14 17:53:52 2011] [error] [client 150.70.75.27] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud::WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud() in /home/sites/funkyweb77.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/arras/library/widgets.php on line 404

This appears to be caused by a WordPress theme.

Help in this matter would be appreciated.

    Regards
    John

  • If you check the Stickied post at the top of this forum called the 3.2 master list the problems with the Arras theme are discussed there

    yup it is.

Log onto your server, either using ftp, or a file manager if your host offers one

Navigate to wp-content folder, then themes folder

delete Arras theme, that will regain your access to the site
