WordPress theme development

  • The question is very simple !!! Can i customize the starter theme **UNDERSCORES ** as i want for my theme development and become and full author and have all the copyrights .Is there any issue regarding to it tell me ???

    Can i change the comment links in style.css or in the whole theme files.

    for example In style.css these links are commented can change this to my links and become a full author::
