Since you already plan to use a PageBuilder for the implementation, this may not be necessary. PageBuilders often (not always) make it possible to realize the desired views with the tools included in the builder – without any programming effort. Whether and how this would be possible with your theme with WP Bakery, I can not judge. WP Bakery is also a commercial product to which questions here in the forum are not allowed. If you want to know if and how your theme can be implemented with WP Bakery, I would rather recommend contacting them: https://support.wpbakery.com/
