WordPress Theme Designer Needed

Seeking a creative WordPress themer/designer to design wordpress websites from project to project for a long term period.

Requirements:

(-)Graphic Design Experience
(-)Portfolio of other custom WordPress themes, please provide when you send email
(-)CSS knowledge
(-)Browser compatibility
(-)Site that will pass W3C Validation

Advantage:

(+)Advantage to someone who has experience with building review websites with comparison tables for all kind of niches, I can even buy a certain review plugin if it will help you to complete the theme at its best.

Another thing, if you are a new to WordPress designing – this thread is not much for you :\ as I am looking for experienced, artistic and UI person only.
